Nov 2020, After recently making a purchase of a Lucky Dip where they sent me all but 3, were wrong flavors.
Emma got in touch with me to say sorry and resent the order and very quickly at that.
The new order was much much better only 7 flavors weren’t for me but overall the customer service was excellent.
