    I don’t usually bother with reviews and this review is more about the first class service I have always received with this company. I had a problem with an order and sent an email, within 1 hour I received a reply and promised a replacement next day. As promised replacement has just arrived. I find that sort of service exceptional. Five stars from me.

    I only received half my order and emailed them to query it. Did not receive a reply nor has the remaining half of the order been received after 3 days. Will see if anything turns up Monday! Have been a customer for over 5 years & not had any problems until now!

    I had previously only received half my order and after a couple of emails Emma kindly sorted it out for me and all was resolved. Freshmist have always been very prompt with their deliveries and correct so obviously this was just a glitch after an otherwise superb service over the last 5 years.

    Freshmists liquids are second to none, I used to order 45 liquids but they don’t sell 45 any more ah well, hey ho, now I order 24 liquids and I love them.
